I accept that I am participating in infrared sauna and cold plunge including chromotherapy, red light therapy, salt or halotherapy as well as hydrotherapy and I assume all risk unto myself. I declare myself physically and mentally capable to participate in hot and cold therapy.

I understand that I will receive a sauna and cold plunge tour with verbal instructions during my initial visit about the proper use of the equipment. Infrared sauna and cold plunge use as a cure or treatment of any disease is neither implied nor should be inferred. I understand that it is not safe to sleep in the infrared sauna or cold plunge. I understand that drinking an electrolyte-replacing water or sports drink is strongly recommended before and after use of the infrared sauna.

Individuals suffering from obesity, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, circulatory problems, diabetes, hemophilia, fever, insensitivity to heat, recent acute joint injury, recent drug or alcohol intoxication, or any chronic conditions with neuropathy, or who have any medical implants such as artificial joints, metal pins or rods, or a pacemaker, or who are using prescription medications or who are or may be pregnant should consult their physician prior to using the infrared sauna and/or

 Hydrate with at least 8 oz of water prior to use Use provided towels to absorb sweat during sauna session Use caution when entering or exiting the sauna and cold plunge Move slowly and be cautious if you experience any lightheadedness or dizziness Dry off with a towel and cool down or warm up naturally Drink at least 24 oz of water or electrolyte replacing sports drink to rehydrate after sauna use
